One of the most important things to change, if not the most important thing, is your diet. This is unimaginable how important it is to your health. It’s very simple, there are foods that are good for you and there are foods that are not good for you. It’s not something relative, like for some people are bad and for others are good. What foods I present to you now are very harmful for everyone. We all have a choice when it comes to what we put into our sacred bodies. If you want a super healthy body, it’s essential to feed it only super healthy foods and drinks. Also, the amount of food you give your body is very important, too much food is not good for you, even though it’s healthy.
Here you will learn what foods to avoid in your diet that will have an extremely beneficial impact on your body, mind and heart.
The first thing to cut out of your diet, and say goodbye to forever, is our superstar ingredient sugar. Sugar is very toxic to the human being. It keeps the brain functioning in a very primitive way of functioning based on fear and survival. Most people in the world are raised on a diet based on sugar (glucose). Sugar needs to be taken out of the equation so the brain can be fed healthy fat, which stimulates the higher parts of the brain. All forms of sugar, or artificial sugar substitutes, reduce levels of BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), a hormone that triggers the growth of new neurons and stem cells in the brain, repairing crucial brain structures. Sugar has become society’s number 1 drug. Many people use sugary foods as comfort foods when they are experiencing some kind of stress. Nowadays, sugar is found in almost everything. All processed foods, drinks and sweets have sugar in them, so from now on it is very important where you get your nutrition. Always be careful with sugar, if you see that something contains sugar, just don’t eat or drink it. Even if you eat sugar in small amounts, it won’t take long before your sweet tooth will increase, and you will eat more. I know from experience how hypnotizing sugar can be. It can make you lie to yourself as if just a little sugar won’t hurt. But from just a little, it will become more and if you are not careful, it can become much more. Sugar must be removed from the diet. If you remove sugar from your diet for a long time and then start eating it again, you will feel how bad it is for you. Sugar affects the brain, liver, heart, blood vessels, teeth, skin and your breathing. Sugar is what makes you age faster. Sugar creates mood swings by fluctuating blood sugar. Sugar is an empty calorie without any nutrients. It inhibits the satiety hormone Leptin, increases the hunger hormone Ghrelin, increases the storage hormone Insulin, and promotes inflammation and laziness in the body. Also, high sugar consumption leads to excess weight and diabetes. Sugar will always make you want to eat and drink more than it’s needed. With sugar in your diet, you can’t have a happy health and a high energy.
The next thing to avoid is all grains (the exception being quinoa, a pseudo-grain that contains good fats and complete protein). Carbohydrates in grains are converted into glucose in the body, which acts as sugary fuel for the brain and body. Also, in most grains, there is gluten (a protein that gives dough its elasticity) which is treated as a toxin in the body. Eating too much gluten keeps you trapped in a toxic prison, where your body ends up with low energy and is susceptible to all kinds of pain and illness. So, you have to say goodbye to gluten forever. The stomach uses a lot of energy to process gluten. Bloating, swelling and discomfort in the abdominal area are common. Gluten creates a condition called “leaky gut,” where toxins are able to enter the bloodstream. Goodbye bread, bagels, chocolate cake, sweets, and gluten grain foods. Goodbye gluten and grains.
Meat (except fish) is next on our goodbye forever list. Meat is very difficult for the stomach to digest. Meat produces a lot of inflammation in the body. Most people have the belief that you cannot be healthy and grow big without eating meat. They are not aware that their beloved meat is a very condensed food and requires a lot of energy from the body to digest and process, especially red meat. They are also unaware that when you eat meat, along with all the physical nutrients and toxins that meat provides, you also absorb the energy of the meat. You also absorb the trauma of the animal that was kept confined and then killed to be eaten. This negative animal energy acts as gasoline poured on your internal negative emotional fire, making you more susceptible to negative states and experiences. Many say you should eat meat because it is a complete protein with all the essential amino acids (the building blocks of protein). They are not aware that by combining different plants in your diet, you will get all the essential amino acids the body needs to make all the proteins. And you also get more energy in your body from plants. After eating meat, you always feel heavier with less energy, you need some time to rest to digest it, while if you eat plants, you feel the same or even lighter, with lots of energy to use. Most animals that are raised for food are fed grains, hormones and antibiotics, making them even more poisonous than they already are. So, it’s time to say goodbye to meat forever. If you’re having a hard time giving up meat, I suggest you start eating free-range, grass-fed meat. That way, you’ll be eating a cleaner meat. I know it might take some time to give up meat for good. Before, over 10 years ago, I ate meat at every meal, I couldn’t imagine eating a meal without meat. In the environment I grew up in, meat was the best thing to eat. After learning the effect meat has on the body/mind/heart, I decided I needed to give up meat ASAP. In my first attempt, it took me around 2 years to be able to give up meat completely. I suggest you take your time and eventually you will succeed if you really want it. Remember, when you eat meat, you are eating something dead, and when you eat plants, you are eating something alive. Farewell dead flesh, farewell mortifications and corpses.
The only exception is fish that is caught from the ocean or large rivers. Fish raised by nature brings a lot of health to the body. Fish raised by humans in farms does not bring health to the body. The farm raised fish is fed hormones, antibiotics and grains which end up in our body and cause many ailments.
Cow products and non-free range are next on our list. Cow’s milk has a protein called Casein that does a lot of damage in the body. The cow is much bigger than a man, so its products are not compatible with our system. It would be best to avoid all dairy products, but those from goat and sheep are much better for our digestive system.
Eggs that are not from pasture raised hens have a lot of energy trapped/locked up in them. It’s best to only eat organic pasture raised eggs from pastured raised, happy hens that are healthily fed.
The next things on the list are regular cooking oils (use only coconut oil for cooking) and table salt (use only pink Himalayan salt). Common cooking oils such as sunflower oil, vegetable oil, olive oil break down with extreme heat and burn the nutrients in the food. It is also very difficult for the stomach to extract the remaining nutrients from the food. The only exception is coconut oil, which does not break down in extreme heat, can be easily absorbed by the stomach lining, and is the ultimate brain fuel. The stomach is designed to process watery foods, it absorbs nutrients through the water in the food. It is very easy to do an experiment to test this. One day eat only fried foods and the next day eat only cooked or raw foods and compare how you feel. The latter won’t be as tasty, but they’ll give you a much better, high feeling.
Table salt is very toxic to the body. By consuming a lot of table salt, the body will retain a lot of water. Before, I used to eat a lot of table salt and a lot of fried foods, and I always needed to drink a lot of water when I ate and throughout the day. When I stopped eating table salt and started eating a more vegan diet, I rarely felt the need for water anymore. I understood that we are thirsty when we need to remove toxins from the system and when we eat very salty food. We take healthy salt (the mineral sodium) and necessary for the body from plants in a balanced amount. You will find that when the time comes to be free of toxic food intake, you will rarely feel thirsty, and it will happen even when you are in a warm environment. Even when you might run out of drinking water, in a short time the feeling of thirst will disappear. We are made from 70% to 90% water; we are a huge container of water and the body will be able to use its own reserve without needing a lot of drinking external water. I also realized that table salt takes away the real taste of the food. You always get the salty taste of food in your mouth when you put salt on it. When the table salt is gone, you can taste the food better. I have found that food tastes better without salt. Many say that food has no taste without salt. This is just because their taste is used to a lot of salt, but after a while of not eating salt, their sense of taste will clear, and they can taste food better. That was my experience, at least. I hope it will be your experience too.
All toxins are stored in body fat and organs. The body takes in the nutrients, and the toxins put them aside and wait for the moment when it has time to release them. If you continuously give it toxins, your body will have low energy and store fat with toxins continuously. This is why a diet dominated by fast food will give you extra pounds and low vitality.
All these ingredients are found in fast food, restaurants, supermarkets and conventional grocery stores. Virtually everywhere is a toxic supply of food. From now on, you have to get your food from health food stores, farmers markets, farms, online health stores, or grow your own food. Leaving all these toxic foods behind is an important first step in the process of healing, growth and evolution. I know that sometimes it can be difficult to get this kind of food. My advice is to eat only the healthiest foods available to you. If you keep some of these ingredients in your diet, you will have a lower success rate in your process, but you will still grow.
It’s easier said than done. Saying goodbye to all toxins can take some time. It can be very difficult to stop eating them all at once, so the best approach is to release them gradually. I know from experience that it takes a while to get them all off the shopping list. But maybe you are one of the strong ones and are able to give it all up at once. If not, take your own time and start picking the ones you feel are easier to let go of. Then, after a period of getting used to without them, you can move on to taking out others. In time, you will be able to give up all toxic foods and get used to the taste and high energy of super healthy foods. Why would it be difficult to give it all up at once? Out of habit and because we have a brain in our stomach and this brain doesn’t want to give up what it’s used to. This second brain is concerned with eating food, extracting nutrients and passing waste. In the stomach, we all have our own microbiome, a community of hundreds of different microbes that take part in digestion. Depending on what foods you eat, your stomach will grow microbes that are designed to help digest each type of food. If you’ve been eating a lot of sugary foods, you’ll have a lot of yeast, fungi and bad bacteria that thrive on sugar in your stomach. When you feel sugar cravings, they actually come from the impulse of sugary bacteria in your stomach. They thrive on sugary foods, and they will make you eat sugary foods so they can get their “fix”. When you stop eating sugary foods and replace them with healthy foods, the sugary bacteria will stop multiplying and begin to decrease in number and make room for the good bacteria to flourish in your stomach. You will always have an urge to eat sugary foods (such as pasta, rice, chips, etc.) because you know you love the sweet taste, but it is actually the bacteria that seduce you through the taste of the food. It took me a while to negotiate with my stomach to stop eating sugary foods, even though I love the taste and could them eat all day. Over time, with a lot of persistence and a lot of ups and downs, I was able to start getting into the habit of eating only super healthy foods. I realized that the taste of super health, which lasts forever, far outweighs the temporary sweet taste. I wish you the best of luck in this diet change process. I think you will succeed at your own pace, better late than never.
In addition to toxic foods, you must also stop taking the toxins that come from bad drugs. A drug is any form of stimulant that has the effect of changing your state. In my perception, there are good drugs and bad drugs. Medicines such as pharmaceutical drugs, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine are very poisonous to the body. I know it’s not an easy process to let go of them because they act as tranquilizers for pain, illness and repressed emotions. By healing the root cause of physical/mental/emotional problems, the need for these drugs will disappear. Even though many people are aware of the harm these drugs are doing to society, they are legal and heavily marketed. While other drugs, which have a much greater healing effect on people who suffer (such as Ayahuasca, DMT, LSD, Mushrooms, Peyote, Mescaline, MDMA, Marijuana), are illegal. There is so much research into the beneficial effect of herbal medicines and psychedelic medicines and they will soon take their rightful and necessary place in the healing of society. Society would benefit enormously in the health department if current pharmaceutical drugs were replaced with shamanic or psychedelic healing sessions. I am just stating my opinion here and I am not encouraging anyone to use these special drugs without guidance and where they are not allowed. What I am encouraging here is to stop using pharmaceutical drugs, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, cocaine, ketamine and all other types of common and harmful drugs. Always give your body healthy foods, healthy supplements and enough time to process and integrate them. In time, you will feel what is right for you, it will come to you from your inner voice.
I hope I was able to make you understand how important it is to stop putting toxins into your body from food, drinks and medicines. You will see and feel for yourself what a major impact a toxin-free diet has on your body / mind / heart.
Good luck!
