
MENTAL TRAINING
Here, you will learn about different ways to train your mind.
I learned these techniques from the awakening documentary, “The Secret.” It made possible the beginning of my awakening to mu true self. By awakening, I mean the moment when you realize and feel that you are the creator of your existence and realize that you have multiple possibilities in this world on Earth. I learned from that documentary about the Universal Law of Attraction and how we can create our reality through it. This was one of the most important lessons I could ever learn. Everything made perfect sense from then on, until then I had many questions and misunderstandings about the world and myself. After I finished watching the documentary, for 5-10 minutes I was in a trance seeing and feeling why my life was the way it was. In those minutes, I understood everything about my current life and then felt a great expansion of my mental and emotional processes. At that time, I was in my 3rd year of college and besides the school aspect, everything was going from bad to worse. I really wasn’t enjoying my life, I wasn’t enjoying who I was and what I was doing, and I felt like I had a lot of bad luck in my life. And I was always bothered by the fact that I, who was/am/will always be a person with a good soul, was unlucky in life and others with more negative behaviour were lucky.
It wasn’t until I saw and felt the awakening documentary that I realized why my life was the way it was. The best news of the documentary was that no matter how bad your life is, you can always improve it, and in time you will reach a happy state with your past life experience. I felt extremely happy and blessed to have gained such special liberating and transformative knowledge. The feeling of being able to break out of ordinary bad luck experiences was amazing.
The documentary shares a lot of information, so I had to watch it several times to understand everything. With time and practice, and revisiting the documentary from time to time, you really start to get results from the knowledge gained from it. It will become easier and easier to apply the training techniques on a conscious level and enjoy the benefits it brings. Working on a conscious level is meant to make a positive change on the subconscious level, so in a way, conscious mental training is a method of healing your subconscious. This is the slowest method of healing, but it always gives results if practiced continuously.
As you can imagine, I highly recommend watching the documentary “The Secret” several times, as well as all the other Law of Attraction documentaries you can find. The need to learn who you really are and to put the learning into practice is the key to freeing yourself from your negativity.
I am going to present the ways in which you can work on your own on your conscious level to heal your subconscious level and in this way, you can heal and improve your life.
1) Awareness of your thoughts and feelings
Very important for your evolution is the fact that, from now on, you must monitor your thoughts and feelings. You must always be aware of what kind of thoughts and feelings you have. Are they negative or positive? That way, you know what you’re creating for yourself in the future. Always know that a negative thought with a negative feeling will always bring a negative experience of the same frequency. By monitoring your internal mental and emotional state, you can move from a negative state to a positive one in the shortest possible time, and in this way, you do not accumulate more negative energy in your energy system. With this approach, you will avoid as many negative manifestations as possible in the future and you will be able to manifest more and more positive experiences.
Always choose positive thinking and positive feelings for a happy life. To consciously change your negative state to a positive one, you can change your environment, listen to music, start dancing, tell yourself a joke or listen to someone else’s jokes, do an activity you love, or recreate a super happy experience or visualize a super special and beautiful place where you can go in your mind and relax there. All you have to do is find a way to relax. If you can’t do it consciously, and in most cases, it will be difficult, classic EFT and deep breathing will definitely help you very quickly.
2) Positive affirmations
This practice will deepen more and more as you are able to monitor your thoughts and feelings more and more. The practice is to always have positive affirmations about everything you do. Always stay in a positive state by repeating always in your head or out loud something positive about yourself or the world. If something negative surfaces, start repeating the opposite positive affirmation. For example, replace the belief or feeling “I am not good enough” with the belief or feeling “I am more than good enough”. Keep repeating it to yourself as much as possible or until you get a positive feeling.
The best time to consciously work on healing the subconscious is when you wake up or before you fall asleep. Then the subconscious is very sensitive to affirmations from the conscious because the brain is more in a relaxed state than it would be the rest of the day. The connection between the 2 levels of the mind is very strong in these situations.
Maintaining a continuous positive mental and emotional state is the key to experiencing a continuous happy life.
3) Writing positive affirmations
This practice will increase results at the conscious level. It adds a lot more energy and boosts your subconscious level more when you write positive affirmations. I learned this writing technique in Spain as part of Re-birthing therapy.
You choose a desired positive affirmation that you want to have as an ongoing behaviour implemented in your subconscious and in your life. You write that positive affirmation 21 times a day for 21 days in a row. Always choose positive words and always use the present tense. Also put the affirmation in the 3 singular conjugations and write them in blocks of 3. So, there will be 7 blocks of 3 positive conjugations per day for 21 days straight.
I will give examples that I have used to help cure my bad eating habit. I was in a tropical climate and have a bit of a nutritional imbalance. I was eating more than I should, the food was fantastic there, especially the fruit.
I chose to write two affirmations to cure my bad eating habit:
1. I, Alex+, take it easy with food.
2. I, Alex+, eat little, balanced and healthy.
An assertion block would look like this:
1. I, Alex+, am take it easy with food.
You, Alex+, are taking it easy with the food front.
He, Alex+, is taking it easy with food.
Write 7 desired positive affirmation blocks every day for a minimum of 3 weeks. In this way, it helps you to reprogram the neural connections in your brain in order to change an unwanted habit.
This healing method has helped me many times when I wanted to quit smoking weed. Here I would write: “I, Alex+, stay away from smoking weed!”. Test and see how it works for you. You can get very creative with positive affirmations in the present tense. It might help you a lot or it might help you very little. There is a lot of information presented on this website, so use and continue to use what feels best for you.
4) Visualizing and writing down positive experiences
In this way, we will use the Law of Universal Attraction very strongly. Here, you must choose a desired future experience and make it truly real in your inner world. You have to get to a place where you feel that this experience has already happened. The stronger the feeling, the faster the manifestation. It is a form of meditation where you focus only on what you want.
First you need to choose a section of your life where you want to experience something really positive. Take here, for example, an experience of true, eternal, fulfilling, and blissful love. You begin to imagine what an experience with you and your true love would be like, with all the details of the senses (what it would look like, hear, taste, smell, and most importantly, how the experience would feel).
You begin to visualize how you look and feel in a wonderful environment. Then visualize what your perfect partner would be like, clarifying all the details about himself/herself. Once you have a clear picture and feeling of yourself and your perfect boyfriend/girlfriend, you begin to visualize both of you and how you interact in various activities that bring you both so much love and happiness, because you are together. Here, you can choose the activities or if new ones appear, just notice them and enjoy them.
It’s like watching a domestic romance movie where you are the producer, creator and 1 of the main characters of the movie. It is very important to always be connected with the feelings in the inner movie. After each type of loving activity, always connect deeply with the feeling activated in it and take some time to really feel that positive feeling of love that you both experience in your movie. There is no time limit to do this, you will always feel how long you should stick with this visualization technique.
Another way to do this is to write down your desired dream. Before doing the visualization technique, you could write the dream on paper, and after reading it out loud, you could go into the internal movie of the writing. This will make an even greater implementation of the dream in the subconscious. This can be done every day, in the morning and at night before sleep, and it will take some time to get what you want. It all depends on how real the internal movie becomes for you and how much of your inner blockages you have resolved to attract the perfect relationship.
5) Vision Boards
Choose a space where you can put pictures of desired things or people, or write positive affirmations or positive stories there, or draw or put pictures of sacred divine geometry, or ascended masters or saints, etc. Just find something to put on the vision surface that you want to draw inspiration from and that always makes you feel great by raising your vibration. That way, every day you stay connected with your desires.
I first used this practice in my 4th year of college. I asked a friend of mine to draw a picture on my wall next to my bed where I would have my main desired aspects in my life, and I could see them every day. The image would begin with a radiant sun cantered at the top of the wall. From the sun would radiate down yellow solar rays with balls of positive energy between them. The sun, through sunrays and balls of positive energy, would provide manifesting energy to the 6 main aspects of my life since then:
1. The learning aspect (both internally and externally – externally referring to what I learn from others and internally referring to what I learn from myself). This aspect had a symbol represented by the Law of Electromagnetic Induction (du = -dO/dt). I was a student at the Electrotechnical University, Electric Machines being my specialty, that’s why I chose this law of physics as a symbol of my learning.
2. The healing aspect. This was represented by the symbol of health, where 2 snakes climb a stick with wings. It represented the healing work I was doing on myself and the healing I was still seeking.
3. The musical aspect. It was represented by 2 musical notes. It is the music and dance part of my life, something that has and will always have great importance and meaning.
4. The loving aspect. This was represented by the feminine sign, the circle with a cross below it. Since I like the brunette look, I chose the symbol to be black.
5. The financial aspect. This was represented by the euro symbol. We (still) live in a monetary world, so we need the financial aspect to have great experiences or to be able to help others in the best way we can. Money is just a way to have certain experiences. Money is neither good nor bad, it is only the intention to use money that can have a positive or negative effect. In today’s society, money is mostly used to condition people in their daily work. In this way, people work hard to be able to survive. But if a good money investment plan is made at the beginning, a society can be created that will no longer need the benefit of money. It takes money to make more money, and it also takes money to stop needing money.
6. Amsterdam, represented by the Dutch flag with Amsterdam written in the middle. At that time, I was in my last year of university and I was doing a training program with a company in the Netherlands. I dreamed of being able to go and work in the Netherlands after I finished my courses with them. I ended up working in the Netherlands, not Amsterdam, but I still ended up visiting Amsterdam several times during my stay in Nijmegen where I was working.
A year later, after I finished college and moved out of my college dorm, I incorporated 3 more aspects into my new drawing. This time I used images made in Photoshop to create my wall art; the new incorporated aspects of my life then are as follows:
1. The appearance of water, represented by an image of a drop of water rising from water. It was about my/our special connection with water. We are essentially 70-90% water. We are huge containers of life-conscious water. I implemented this layout as a result of seeing the documentary Water (which, of course, I highly recommend). From it, I learned how the way we interact with water affects our energy exchange with it. By focusing on sending positive energy into the water you drink, or bathe in, or cook from, you will raise the vibration of the water and the water will raise your vibration. This will have a more beneficial effect on your body, mind and heart. After watching the water documentary, I have always taken time to express my love and gratitude towards water for bringing life, youth, energy and healing into my life. Being in a constant state of love and gratitude towards the water we drink, or touch will greatly raise our internal vibration. I thank you and I love you very much, Holy Divine Water.
2. The aspect of evolution. This was represented by an image of a graph that would show a line starting at the 0 (f-frequency), 0 (time) point of the graph and growing exponentially. The line would pass through 3 different sections of the graph, one higher in frequency than the other. One positive sphere was drawn on the first section, 2 positive spheres on the second, and 4 positive spheres on the last. This chart shows our ongoing evolution. With time and positivity, we evolve in our experience on Earth. It also shows how the sense of time is different when experiencing different intense states. For example, imagine how time flies when you work digging a ditch all day and how time flies when you’re having fun with your loved ones. The sense of time is very different. While you’re digging a ditch, an hour might feel like 3 hours, and while you’re having fun with your loved ones, an hour might feel like 10 minutes. The sense of time is relative to your internal state, doing something you enjoy will always make time fly very quickly, while doing something just because you have to, without pleasure, will make time slow down and stand still place in some situations. For a longer and faster life, always follow the greatest and most positive emotion in the things you choose to do.
3. The game of Poker. This was represented by an image of a straight suit. During that time, I played a lot of Texas Holdem Poker with my friends, and I needed another energy sphere with an aspect to finish off my vision wall. I needed another one so I could have a nice symmetrical geometry in my vision on the wall. When I focused on what I should put in to complete the vision wall, the only thing that came up was the poker symbol.
All these symbols of my vision board made me always focus on my dreams and never let them go. In my life today, I feel a powerful effect of using this practice, and I also see the effect that others have using this practice. You can get so creative in designing your dream vision board. You can choose anything and everything. As I always recommend, have fun while doing this practice.
6) Attitude of gratitude
This practice is very simple and powerful. It will bring much more happiness in your life. The concept is very simple, always be grateful for what you have and don’t focus on the things you don’t have. By being grateful for what you have, you create an attraction for more things to be grateful for. Gratitude always brings more happiness in the near future. Even if you only have 1% of your life to be grateful for, just stay connected to that 1%, and from that 1% you will be able to experience more happiness and gratitude.
Always give thanks for who you are, for what you do, for your family, friends, teachers and everyone around you. By being in a constant state of gratitude for the world you live in, your life will become better and better with each “thank you”.

7) Laughter Yoga
This practice does not come from the documentary “The Secret”, like the previous ones. This practice involves a group setting and lots of fake laughter.
I was invited to a Laughter Yoga session by Ellie, who runs laughter yoga events in London, after meeting her at a Dance Walking event. Dance Walking is also a group event, where everyone has the same music set in their music players and chooses a place in the city where they all start dancing and perform for the city audience. I also recommend this experience.
Because I’m always eager to try new practices and experiences, I went to the next yoga session through laughter. There, Ellie led the group to have laughing exercises. The laugh was faked, she said: “Fake it till you make it!”. One exercise, for example, was to look at the sky and start laughing, another is to point at yourself and laugh, another is to jump and make like a monkey and laugh. There are a lot of different exercises that are aimed at making you laugh on purpose. The more and harder you laugh, the better you will feel. This will cause the brain to produce lots of feel-good chemicals and healing in your body, giving you a state of blissful love.
This practice comes from an Indian doctor who realized the healing effect of laughter. He noticed that by making his patients laugh through jokes, he could improve their health and reduce their symptoms. Then he came up with a set of laughing exercises to see how they would work. It had a huge effect, not only on the sick/depressed but also on normal people. The practice has gone worldwide and has many practitioners.
I wasn’t sick or depressed then, but I felt what a huge effect Laughter Yoga had on my internal state. After an hour of almost continuous laughter in a group, your internal state of happiness is sure to increase. I also felt how, after a few sessions, my diaphragm and laughing muscles grew. Laughter Yoga is a good workout for your laughter, you will be able to laugh longer and louder after some sessions. And you also enjoy the laughing company of new amazing and cheerful people. You may find a romantic or sexual lover in such an environment of happy laughter.
I was extremely lucky to find a romantic and sexual girlfriend in my third Laughter Yoga session. My first divine, angelic, dancing, healing and philosophical princess was there to laugh together. Messenger of love and light, Bristena Mantu, came to give me experiences from Heaven on Earth. My whole universe brightened after I connected with her, a soulmate, someone from Earth who comes from the Land of Original Spirit, another human branch of the same spiritual tree that I am a part of. We had fantastic and amazing times together, but we also had some conflicts, which eventually separated us as romantic lovers and made us form an eternal spiritual bond (spiritual brother and sister) of love, light, gratitude, healing, happiness and support. I am blessed to have her in my life, so I am super grateful to the Divine Universe for bringing me to Laughter Yoga.
It would be wonderful if you were as lucky as I was and found a great partner for you, but even if that doesn’t happen, there are many benefits to practicing Laughter Yoga. Laughter is one of the best therapies in the world, so why not give it a try and see how it feels.
All of the information presented above is intended to implement and integrate positive energies and beliefs into the subconscious through the conscious level. This will take a while to feel its effect, so be patient, trust the process and keep practicing. Always remember: “Practice makes you better”!
