
This is a Yoga Fitness Training session, not a regular standard fitness session that you would find in a gym. This training has a yogic approach where you learn how to use properly your focus, your breath and your body alignement in a training session. The objective of the session is to contract your muscles to stimulate growth, power and aesthetics. Hatha Yoga focuses on stretching, PNF-Yoga focuses on stretching and contracting, and Fitness Yoga focuses on contracting.
In a Yoga Fitness training session, a student learns the proper way to execute an exercise. He will learn exercises that uses only his body weight, he will learn the main basic weight exercises that he can do in a gym and also he will learn about sprints and fast accelerated movement of the body.
This training is for the people who want get in shape and look how they wish by increasing muscle mass or by loosing some weight while keeping a flexible and mobile body.
Anyone who wants to reach their fitness goals has to take very seriously into account their diet. The diet consists around 90% of the success of the student. You can train all you want, but if you don’t tweak the diet, you will have slow and small results. The student will be presented with a diet that will boost his or her training so he or she can have his desired results as soon as possible.
A Yoga Fitness Training session lasts 75 minutes and it costs £100.
