Namaste Solar Being and Welcome to my Solar Universe. I am Alex Ra’Ankh and my job on this planet is to remind you that you have Solar Potential. Any human can live his or her life either in a Solar Way or in a non – Solar Way. A human being that achieved Solar Consciousness functions in the Ra’Ankh state of being. Ra’Ankh represents the Solar Human Experience. Anyone has Ra’Ankh Potential, and he or she can develop it by adopting the ancient egyptian spiritual practices of the School “The Ankh of Ra”. The Ankh of Ra practices will develop your Ra’Ankh functioning state.

Ra’Ankh is the Fusion and Union of 2 main divine consciounsnesses. The first one is Ankh Consciousness and the second one is Ra Consciousness. Ankh Consciousness is Life Consciousness and Life Essence. Ra Consciousness is Solar Light (SUN) Consciousness. When a human being awakens his Ankh Power and his Solar Power, he or she becomes a Human Ra’Ankh. I am Alex Ra’Ankh as I have transitioned into the Ra’Ankh Way of Being.

The Matrix Temple took form as a result of this Ra’Ankh Awakening. The “Big Ankh” represents Life Experience, and consists of the entangled energetic juices of conscious moving existance of awareness that flow in each one of us. The “small ankh” represents Life Essence,  and consists of the fluidary juices of refined human consciousness of your sexual system. The “Big RA” represents the Sun in the Sky. The Solar Power of our Solar System and of our collective human consciousness. The “small Ra” represents the Sun Above Your Head, your Solar Center, the 8th chakra of your energetic system. Humans have Solar Power that is generated in the Solar Centre located above their head. In Ancient Egyptian Temples, you can see everybody having a Sun Globe above their head. The connection ( ..’ ….) from Ra’Ankh represents the Goddess Ma’at. She is the Unified Harmonic Fusion of All. Ma’at perfectly binds together: Life Experience, Life Essence, Sky Sun and Human Sun. A state of Ra’Ankh is achieved when all take effect in the seekers consciousness and in his unfolding of manifestation. The Ra’Ankh state is a form of Power Up similar to the Supersaiyan Power Up from The Dragon Ball Universe. In essence, in both cases there is an energy boost created to amplify the system. Ra’Ankh is a Solar Life Power Up of human experience.

It is my greatest joy and passion to share this experience with anyone who feels drawn to it, especially when some practices are the most easiest in the world. The Bio-Ankh practice takes seconds to do, it is free, you do it alone and it can be done rarely, and have amazing unbelievable results. The Bio-Ankh practice is by far the most easiest one to do and it is second most powerful personal and spiritual tool for self- development. The most powerful practice is a practice where the Bio-Ankh practice Powers Up your Ra practice, but the Bio-Ankh practice is the heavy weight of the 2: Ankh and Ra. Anyone can Power Up into their Ra’Ankh version of themselves once they focus their atention on their Ankh Power combined with their Ra Power.

By conventional trade, I am an Electrotehnical Engineer and currents, waves and fields of energy had always been a part of me. Ever since I was a litle boy I was attracted to High Electrical Power. In the middle of the 90’s, when I was a little boy going to the toilet, I noticed that if I would touch the washing machine I would get a really great feeling in my body that was in form of an electric shock from the washing machine. I was very happy when that would happen as it made me feel amazing. After a while, together with my brother, I realised that the electrical current is actually coming from the socket into the washing machine, and then after into my body. The washing machine wasn’t always available in regular play hours so I decided to cut out the middle man. I figured out that if I get a form of metalic string or stick and I stick it into the socket, I would be very very happy. I was right, it made me very very happy for a few seconds until the light would trip out.  The only unpleasent part was the fact that the apartment electrical circuit would trip out and no more lights in the apartment. My dad had to fix it later when he was home. After watching few repairs of my father, I learned how to do it my self. In those times, there were breakers that were using wires that we be disconected if the electrical current was too high. You had to replace by hand the burned out wire with a new one. After I learned how to do it for myself, there were some really great times. An electrical hit was entertaining every once in a while, it was even more exciting than the rides of the anual fair. After a while playing with the electricity of the apartment, one day I noticed opened the electrical board of the building ground floor hallway. I noticed that the breakers and cables of that electrical board were way bigger than the ones in my house. Logically, I thought they would give you a greater happier feeling than the ones in my house would do. I thought to myself that there is the really good stuff. I remember setting a plan in place to see what level of happiness it could bring. I don’t remember if I have done it or not. I believe that Electrical Energy was my first form of Energetic Power Up, but Please Don’t Try This at Home, please don’t stick your fingers into the socket.  There are better and safer ways to Power Up energy.

High Energy was always my natural state of being. I always was attracted to anything that would involve stimulation of High Energy within myself.

The second Electrical Power Up took place around 10 years later when I was living in Spain and I was working as an electrician mate. So it happened that I would find work that involves High Energy. One day at a job, I was working in the Main Electrical Panel of a manufacturing wherehouse. I had to bring in some big cables and connect them to the new breakers that would be turned on once installed. I brought in the cables in a Live Current Electrical Panel. We were installing new components, but the old ones were on. At one point, I was in a squating posture inside the Panel and I started to raise myself up so I can get out of the panel. During my ascension of the body, an electric shock took place in the panel. This mini explosion made me jump in the air around 1m high and 2m away. All of a sudden, I felt a jolt of energy in my body that sends me flying to the floor. There was a mini boom and everybody in the near office came out and the factory equipment stopped. I get up quickly from the floor feeling High Energy going through my system. It was an exhilarating enlightening swirling vibrating feeling. There was no disconfort execpt in the form of confusion, of not knowing what had happened. I soon noticed that I have 3 deep channels on my right upper arm close to my wrist. I could almost see my bones. The current cauterized the 3 places of electrical impact. I was left with 3 deep channels in my upper arm that would eventually seal up easily. In the electrical panel there were big 380V electrical breakers that were connected through electrical  bridges. There were a set of breakers that were connected by a faulty bridge. The end part of the bridge wasn’t sealed of properly and there were copper metal endings sticking out. On my way up from the panel, I touched the faulty bridge with my right upper arm and that gave me another Electrical Power Up. This Power Up would be similar to a Power Up that a charged car battery gives to a dead car battery. The high electricity amplified my own energy system to function on higher sustainable amplitudes.

All this prepared my system for the next Power Up that would be in form of musical dancing. Around 5 years later, I got into EDM in form of electro house, minimal, techno and minimal techno. The second EDM party of my life was of minimal techno. This happened when I went to see Magda play in Club Midi in the city of Cluj, Romania. During the party a very special moment took place that would direct my life to look for answers. That was the moment when I received a Spiritual Power Up. There was a moment where the music was taking you in a high sound crescendo that eventually would be followed by a deep pumping base. I was in the crescendo and I was expecting the same base melody as before the crescendo. So it happened that Magda dropped another base melody that was perfect. It sounded and felt in such a strong way that I felt an explosion of energy in the middle of my chest that would send waves of warm ascending tingling energy all through my body. I was feeling light and energised. It was similar to the electrical feeling, only this time it lasts for a long while. This ascending feeling would make me move naturally to the music with ease and grace. I wasn’t moving to the music as I was doing before, now the music was moving me. I felt a sence of an entangled connection with the music and the dancing would come to life by itself, I was just enjoying the ride with no mental dancing guidance. That was a really powerful moment for me as it unlocked a new level within myself. My heart chakra got opened in that moment and at that time I had no idea about chakras or about spirituality. After the party, after having the greatest time of my life until then, I decided that I have to look into this aspect of myself. I noticed that nobody else was so energetic in the music and everywhere I would go on the planet, I am always the one to express the Highest Energy in Dancing.

All this made me look for and find answers. This led me to my Conscious Power Up. I saw the enlightening and inspiring documentary “The Secret” that guides you to empower yourself by using a positive attitude and a positive approach in your life. The Secret explained how by being more positive from within, you can create and attract more positivity in Life. This is very important to know and understand, that our inner settings of thoughts, beliefs, emotions, feelings, attitudes and behaviours shape the unfolding of our outside world. This makes a huge difference in anyones life, when they become aware of the fact that in present time they can influence directly their future with their thoughts, emotions and actions. This Conscious Power Up was giving great results, but also it didn’t work all the time. There were times, when the inner negativity was to strong and you weren’t able to surpass it by adopting positive thoughts and feelings. The Subconscious Programing was stronger than the Conscious Will.

This led me to my first Healing Power Up. A little later while studying about Healing, I met an old lady of 80 years that looked like 50 and had the vital force of 30. She was my first spiritual guide and healer. She opened my spiritual eyes and provided Energy Healing Sessions. Energy Healing provides the release of negative energy from the system, that will able trapped life force units to be reactivated and empower you on all levels. We live in a highly traumatised society and each one of us is looking for Healing in some form or another. I remember with ease the way I was feeling after 2 sessions of Energy Healing with the old master lady. During the session, I was being guided to connect with an inner negative feeling that would bring heaviness into the body and after releasing it, I was feeling lightness and peacefulness. The feeling after the session was a concentrated cosy warmth within the heart centre. I was feeling my heart chakra as a globe filled with a warm fluid. While I was feeling this warm cosy fluid in the form of a 3D sphere around my heart centre, in time, a dripping feeling would appear between my heart centre and my sexual centre. A stream of glowing drips of caressing energy would descend from the heart chakra to the will power chakra, and then continue forwards to descend to the sexual chakra. This warm and cosy dripping feeling lasted around 3 days. It was something really special to experience Energy Healing  and it convinced me that Healing is My Path. I felt that I want more and that I want to learn how to do it. The old master lady, Doamna Ana, inspired me to be an Energy Healer. I learned more energy healing techiques and I have experienced lots of different ones that bring you success and development. I am always going to be looking for ways to Heal Yourself. Energy Healing in it’s different shapes or forms is a great way to Power Up Inner Potential. By releasing Tension, the trapped Life Force Units get reactivated and you will feel a rise within yourself.

The next Power Up in my Personal and Spiritual Development was the Yoga Power Up. Power Up is a process where more energy is being exploited within yourself for self-knowing and growth. The different and varied Yoga practices give you all you need to know to find and grow deeper parts within yourself. Going to a lot of parties and dancing more and more with each party, made me attract the Yoga practice, and in this way attracted the Shiva Spirit, Nataraj, the Majestic Dancer. Lord Shiva is my first Spiritual Influencer. Soon after starting doing Yoga one time per week in a public centre, I was blessed to connect with a dancing yogic brother under the same name Alex. We connected through the high jumping dance at a psy rave in London and from then onwards a lot of yoga, dance and party experiences took place. Amazing memories. Alex was the one that made tangible my Shiva Spirit Connection. He had statues and decor at his place with Shiva and Shiva like beings, and he brought me from India a big Shiva tapestry. From then onwards I always had the Shiva Spirit in my awareness and presence as it always hanged in my room for me to see it every day. Any Yoga practice is considered to come from Shiva and any Yoga practice that is executed properly will create some sort of Power Up. Alex also inspired me to go to India and explore the Local Shiva Spirit of India. I went first time to check the feeling out and another time to do a Yoga Teacher Training course. India grows your Shiva Spirit.

In Yoga practice, meditation is king and it provides any kind of Power Up. Meditation is in itself is a Self Power Up Practice. By maintaining your continued undivided attention to a Higher Power, you are able to get an energetic and spiritual boost from that Higher Power in what ever shape or form it presents itself to the seeker. My meditation master is Dr. Joe Dispenza. I leaned from him the proper way to meditate and the amazing effect it has once you explore it deeply. Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations opened my chakra system and prepared my system for Kundalini Ascension. An open chakra feels like a vibrating electromagnetic field that creates a current of energy within yourself. The more you Power Up a chakra by meditating on it, the stronger the inner current gets. At high consistent currents after the outbreath, the body enters in a state of high electrical inner vibration where the need to breathe air goes away. It takes a while until the body feels naturally to breathe. You don’t hold your breath, it’s the electrical inner current that is maintaining your state naturally. Meditation is the Key to bring your Dreams into Reality as it teaches you how to create them. Meditation is the Key Practice of any kind of Spiritual Practice.

The next Power Up of my personal spiritual path is the most powerful one. Plant Medicine is the most powerful Power Up. Spiritual Master Plants have the ability to take you beyond your horizon. Plant Medicine openes new Realms Of Awareness in your human experience. The master plant healing teacher is Ayahuasca. Ayahuasca is the way to your Nature and your Spirit. Ayahuasca and other master healing plants are designed to provide assistance, healing and guidance to the human race. The plants are the connection between the human species and the planet. All the Ayahuasca and DMT experiences that I had provided enhighten and enlighten energy. This kind of Power Ups bring within a lot of energy in a very short time. It can take a lot of time until you feel ready to take in more enhighten and enlighten energy that the master plants can provide. I had one such experience where it got to be a lot more that I was hoping or wanting to be. During the ascension starting period, I felt a jolt of energy that would infuse all my body with high spiritual energy. My heart was beating like a machine gun and soon after I was taken out of body having a Flying Upwads experience. The idea of not making it back was in my head for a bit but the dreamy scenarion of my inner self made it easier for me to accept living just in that realm. I don’t remember much of what happened then, but what I do rememeber, that is very significant, is that at one point I found myself being in the Womb of Mother Nature. In short time, a birthing or better said a re-birthing took place. I felt how Mother Nature was giving birth to me in The Natural Way of Living. This led me to go and live in Peru and connect with the plants and thier medicines. One thing is for sure, Plant Medicine will Power you Up in a way or another. To be able to receive their Power Up you have to take some necessary steps to prepare yourself for the experience. Some lifestyle restrictions need to take place so the seeker can properly and safely connect with the medicine and with themselves.

The next Power Up is the most important Power Up and the most challenging one in our current society, at least in my experience. The Diet Power Up is the greatest of them all as this Power Up will enhance exponentially all other types of Power Ups. It is very simple to understand that basically there are 2 Diets for the human being. There is the High Power Diet and the Low Power Diet. The High Power Diet consists of ONLY healthy growing substances, no form of any toxicity is taken by the body. The Low Power Diet consists of toxic substances. Depending on what you put into your body, your Power Level is higher or lower. Most people in society are running on a low power level due to the “modern” diet of our times. This is why it is so hard to achieve such Power Up, as you always are bombarded from all directions with stimulants of unhealthy eating. When your diet is Clean and Healthy, you are Clean and Healthy. When you eat a Lot of Heavy and Inflammatory food, you will weigh yourself down and experience a lot of rough edges. Simply put, the Diet determines if your Inner Power is Up or Down.

The next Power Up has the same importance as the Diet Power Up. The Diet Power Up consists of eliminating Inner Toxicity. No more toxic substances introduced into the body. The Social Power Up consists of eliminating Outer Toxicity. No more toxic vibes intoduced into your awareness. The Social Power Up takes place when one is Letting Go of all behaviours and interactions that are slowing down personal and spiritual development. To develop a Social Power Up, you have to go through a period of Social Retention. In this period, you only connect, with no exception, with like minded and like hearted people. You keep contact with people who have the same drive, interests and ambitions as yourself. You want people that share your dreams and inspire you to follow your ones. No more contact with people who discourage you from achieving your dreams, no more contact with people that treat you below your standards or with whom you don’t highly resonate. Social Retention is a practice where you keep away from people that are not living in your dreams. They are living in their dreams and when they try to inspire their dreams into you, this bums you out as you have other dreams in mind and heart. Social Retention is a practice where you pick to be social only with the people that do live in your dreams and have the same drive, interests and ambitions as you do. An environment filled with supportive people is way better than an environment filled with unsupportive people.

All the Power Ups before prepare you for the Ultimate Power Up. This is the Sexual Power Up. Your Sexual Energy is your Divine Energy. The Sexual Energy is the connection between Man and God. The Sexual Power Up is the path to explore your divine dimension within yourself. Anyone who feels sexual energy knows that this energy is the most special and the strongest human feeling of emotion. The Sexual Energy is a Super Power of Man Kind. Sexual Energy is the Divine Aspect of the Human Being. Through Sexual Energy, a Human can be a Creator of Life. In our Sexual Energy lie unlimited amounts of divine creative energy. Learning to tapp into our Sexual Potential is the Key to Evolution as Sexual Energy shapes spirit life into material form. The Tao of China and The Tantra of India give you all you need to know to achieve a Sexual Power Up. They provide the necessary understanding and practices to be able to cultivate your sexual energy in a healthy and divine way. Tao and Tantra teach you how the Sexual Energy can be used as a fuel for conscious development, as a way to expand lifespan, as a way of healing, and as the best way to bond with your partner and experience blissfull experiences of loving togetherness. In the normal modern sexual practices, the energy is stimulated in the sexual organs, and eventually blown out the body through the sexual organs. All that high sexual energy feels amazing in the sexual organs as it is blown out. The Tao and The Tantra teach you how to blow up that energy into the body and take it to the higher centres, like the 6th, 7th or 8th energy centre. The body is being fueled with the sexual energy being generated and doesn’t suffer any energy losses as it does when blowing out the sexual energy. Normally, people lose a lot of sexual energy just for few seconds of intensified pleasure. Tao and Tantra teach you to direct inside the sexual energy charge and create long lasting orgasmic states and orgasmic feelings. I bet anyone in the world has a desire to experience his or her Highest Sexual Self. All Sexual Energy feels amazing and the more you look into your sexual energy the more amazing it will feel. A Sexual Power Up happenes when you are able to raise your sexual kundalini energy from your Earth Centre below your coccyx to your 3rd Eye between your eyes, or to your Crown on top of your head, or to the Solar Centre located above your head.

Another type of Power Up is done through Channeling. Channeling is used in spiritual practices as a form of meditation, or of mantra or of prayer. Channeling is also used in a Theta Healing session. The Theta Channel is a bridge between you and the Divine Cosmic Force and creates a method of receiving guidance and inspiration. I had a Theta Healing session where I could palpably and energeticaly feel the Power Up. The theta channel was holding my hands during the session and around the middle part of the session I felt currents of energy blowing through her inside in her hands that would enter in my hands and in my body. It was a special feeling to be zapped by someone’s hands. I went to the session with the idea to connect with my Super Higher Self and to get more spiritual infusion in my development as a dancer, a shaman and a yogi. That theta session was one the best investments of my path as it brought in all the energy needed to enter in a transition from Spirituality 1.0 to Spirituality 2.0. That was the Beggining of the New Beggining.

A series of events started to take shape that resulted in the birth of Alex Ra’Ankh and of the creation of the Matrix Yoga and Wellness Temple.

The transition starts with All About Love festival of 2023. It is a Uk summer festival or music, spirituality and wellbeing. On the workshop list there was a workshop that imediately cought my attention: “Egyptian Sex Magic”. I already was aware of Tao and Tantra Sex Magic and I had to know how the egyptians were using it. I was very happy to attend such an event as I have never had any knowlegde of egyptian sexuality. As you can imagine, at such a workshop your hear practices that nobody knows or thinks about in our normal society. One very important experience happened there that would make me ascend in my inner self and develop new feelings of balance. The guide of the workshop had us do a meditation where the objective is to awaken your kundalini snakes into your hands. The meditation was set up in a way that would balance my inner male and female energies and get them to sync up in movement and raise up in my arms and hands. At the end of the meditation, I felt a serpent energy in both my hands that stood up by themselves in a snake posture. I didn’t realise what happened then but I was soon to find out.

3 weeks later, I went to Indian Spirit festival which is a psytrance festival. At one point in time at the festival, I was able to unlock my Kundalini Dancing. This manifests in the musical movement of a snake. Ondulating moves similar to snake moves apeared in my hands, my spine, my hips, my legs and my neck while dancing. I was feeling 2 serpernt energies in my body that eventualy can merge into one super serpent. I was feeling balance and harmony in the dual movement. This is when my dancing got upgraded from a male form of dancing to a female form of dancing. The male form is like a series connection when each movement comes after the next one, one by one, and the female form is like a parallel connection where there are multiple movements that can take place at the same time. I knew then that this was happening as an effect from the Egyptian Meditation. The guide also told us about his Initiatory Trips in Egypt where he guides spiritual seekers how to develop themselves using visits to Egypt and receiving the unique energy of the place and temples. I figured that if I got so much out of a little meditation, there is no end to what I can receive from a spiritual journey in Egypt, Home of the Sun Gods. I attended both festivals in August 2023 and I arranged everything to go on the next spiritual journey in Egypt in April 2024.

Around Octomber and December time of 2023, there was another new step in my spiritual development. The second Spiritual Influencer of my path appeared in the form of the Goddess Green Tara. So it happened, that I had to move out from where I was living in Bristol and what I found as my next address was a Dream Coming True. I found a one bedroom flat that was in Nature next to a forest, around Monmouth, Wales. Living in Nature next to a forest with no neighbours around is the Dream of any Spiritual Seeker. The best part of that place was that there was a life size statue of the Goddess Green Tara on a big side terrace of the flat. You could see Tara through the window. Green Tara is the well known as the saviouress and she is definitely my saviouress. Living with her was a Heaven on Earth experience. She took my yoga practice to the next level, that of Mantra and of Channeling and she upgraded my dancing with dancing styles as The Snake, The Reptile, The Tree and The Earth. Tara is the embodied divine consciousness of the Planet in human form. Another great aspect of my switching homes experience, is that the guy who took my room gave me a book called Egyptian Tantric Secrets. I found myself moving in nature to live with Tara and to study and practice Egyptian Tantric Secrets that would prepare me for my trip in Egypt. I learned about the Ankh practices of the Mystika School and one important practice of the Ankh to the Nose, which was a breathing practice.

In the Egyptian Tantric Secrets book, Goddess Isis was the master of the presented practices and in reading and practicing the book, I have developed a closeness to Goddess Isis. Isis is the Goddess of Healing, Magic and Family. I was always connected to Isis as she is the Healing Consciousness within all of us, but from that book onwards, I started to feel her presence as a strong guide in my development. Isis also upgraded my dancing with dancing styles as the Vulture, The Sun and the Balerina. Isis joined Tara in my devoted awareness for feminine master spirits. Goddess Tara and Goddess Isis are the Foundation of the Matrix Temple and of EDM Yoga Dance. Goddess Ma’at is the Architect and Goddess Hathor is the Inner Designer of the Matrix Temple and of EDM Yoga Dance.

Finally, the big moment came when I went on my spiritual exploration in Egypt, the Home of the Sun Gods. I was so fortunate to have such great guides in human form and in spirit form. The human guides took us everywhere we needed to go so that the spirit guides can decode to us the practices from the egyptian temples. Goddess Isis, among other egyptian high spirits was present and she inspired the ancient egyptian spiritual practices from those temples. The main practices are The Ankh Practice, The Ra Practice and The Ankh of Ra Practice. This is another form of Power Up, when you go visit and experience Egyptian Temples. A lot of Solar Spirit Infusion takes place in Egyptian Temples. It doesn’t matter who you are and where you are from, if you go in the Egyptian Temples of the Sun Gods, you will get a Solar Power Up.

I returned home to Tara from Egypt with a lot of new information and a lot of information still under development in my unconscious awareness. So it happened that soon after Egypt,  I had to move from Living a Dream with Tara. Living with Tara was a Present Dream, but moving out made possible the unfolding of Future Dreams. I was able to practice and to succed in developing the new aquired practices of Ancient Egypt, and I was able to create the first Modern Egyptian Temple that teaches ancient egyptian spiritual practices from the School “The Ankh of Ra”. This is my Dream Happening Now. I get to share all this ancient information and practices to anyone who feels drawn to ancient egyptian spirituality. I know that what I have to share is not for everyone and the intention of the school is to lay out different ways of improving yourself and each one can choose which ways works best for him or her. I strongly believe that the Matrix Temple is a beacon of Solar Spiritual Light and it has the purpose to stimulate the Awakening and the Evolution of the Human Species into Solar Human Consciousness.

The Ankh of Ra is a school for Solar Human Beings and it is a path of spiritual growth from our ancestors from ancient times. As the Sun rises during the day and goes away during the night, the solar human consciousness turns On and Off in human awareness and experience. We are in a time of Sunset in Human Consciousness and more and more are seing their Solar Light located above their head. The Solar Light is Turning On in Humans. It is the period of the Sunset where you just see the Solar Light but not the Sun itself as it needs little more time to show himself. The time has come that Solar Light takes hold of human development and a step in human evolution takes place where there will be a society of Solar Light Beings. The Solar Centre of human beings doesn’t have an on/off switch, it has a dim dial switch. First you connect to Solar Power and then you turn the dial up to increase potential. The Ankh of Ra practice is the turning up the dial for Solar Potential. The more practice and devotion you put into Solarising Yourself, the more your inner light bulb will light up the inner and outter environment.
