MEDITATION

The practice of meditation is essential in the knowledge and development of our human being. It is the primary practice in Yoga and other spiritual paths. Through meditation, one wants to connect with divinity and the higher self.

Meditation is the continuous concentration on one thing. The more we meditate on that thing or experience, the more we create / attract it into our lives.

A very healing and soothing meditation is the meditation on Love. Love is the most important feeling and the most important human experience on Earth. In this meditation, we keep our attention only on a feeling of love. This feeling of love can be for our own person, it can be for any other loved one from family, friends or idols. It can also be the love felt for a project, for a particular dream or desire. Through this love meditation, we want to fill our subconscious with as much love energy as possible, which will feed our life with a very positive energy.

This meditation, done very often, will create a permanent feeling of love. This is how you can fall in love with yourself and your own life. This is how you can achieve your projects, desires and dreams in your life. Most masters say that love is everything and if you are guided by love in everything you do, you have the ability to achieve anything you desire. A daily or almost daily meditation on love will lead you to a life of more love every day.

The second feeling of emotional value is the feeling of Gratitude. The more grateful we are for what we have, the happier we will be and the more we will attract into our lives things to be grateful for. Being always satisfied creates a continuous state of happiness and relaxation for you and will help you to have very good health. During a gratitude meditation, we focus our attention on a person, or a project, or a dream, or desire, and feel a lot of gratitude. In this way, we thank ourselves and the universe for what we have achieved or for what we are about to achieve. The more confident and grateful we are with our intentions, the more likely we are to achieve them. A man full of love and gratitude is a man at peace with himself, who fully enjoys his life.

We can also meditate on our Health. We can focus on feeling healthy. We can meditate on health both when we are healthy and when we have health problems. Most people choose to meditate on health when they are not healthy. Through this meditation, we focus on the health problem and how it would feel when we are healthy, when we no longer have that health problem. We keep our attention on the feeling of health and on the thoughts and actions that correspond to the state of health.

Meditations on Wishes and Dreams are also very powerful. We all have desires and dreams in our lives, and we want to do everything we can to achieve them. Those who continuously and consistently practice meditation on their desires and dreams will have a higher success rate. They set aside time in their day to focus on their desire or dream. They give up everything else in their life and focus only on their desired desire or dream. They focus on the mood they would have when they achieve that wish or dream. At the same time, it also focuses on the thoughts and images that correspond to that desire or that realized dream.

Meditation uses the power of the law of universal attraction. This law clearly states that what we send out into the universe we will receive back. That is, the thoughts and emotions we give to the universe will come back in the form of things, people and experiences and give us the same kind of thoughts and emotions. If I emit negative thoughts and emotions, I will attract negative people and experiences. If I emit positive thoughts and emotions, I will attract positive people and experiences.

Meditation helps us access our subconscious. It is the subconscious that materializes our reality. We must be able to implement positive thoughts and emotions into our subconscious. The subconscious is the part of our mind that records everything in our life and sets our future in motion. Our conscious mind is the part that only reads the reality created by our subconscious.

Our subconscious is programmed from the moment of our being’s creation. It is programmed by the beliefs and emotions of our parents, especially the mother. By the age of six, the basic beliefs of the subconscious, which can be positive and negative, are recorded. As we grow, we attract experiences that empower already established beliefs. Also, other smaller sub-beliefs can be created that originate from the primary beliefs.

In order to access the subconscious, we use meditation to lower the brain waves of the brain. The brain operates in five information processing frequencies.

Beta is normal day-to-day functioning when we have activity.

Alpha is the relaxed functioning we have when we are reading or when we are relaxed and ready for sleep.

Theta is the relaxed functioning we have when we are asleep.

Delta is the super relaxed functioning we have when we are deep asleep.

Gama is the supercharged functioning that we have when we have states of ecstasy and high euphoria, or when we have a state of revelation, a state of wow, a state of inner spiritual upliftment.

Through meditation practice, we manage to lower our brain waves from Beta to Theta and even Delta. Being in these low brain waves, we can access the subconscious and give it information. The more information we give it, the more we can create a change in our subconscious and then in our lives.

We want to introduce into our subconscious as many positive thoughts and emotions as possible, to overcome the negative ones that already exist. In this way, we will be able to make a positive change in what we are meditating on.

The subconscious mind is the secret to our change, and we can access it using the conscious mind. It is important to know that the subconscious mind is much more powerful than the conscious mind. The conscious mind makes up 5% to 10% of us and the subconscious mind makes up 90% to 95% and they have different functions.

The conscious mind analyses the past and present, thinks and plans for the future, and controls short-term memory.

The subconscious mind controls long-term memory. It stores all the records of our life through all the five senses. It registers all the emotions and feelings felt and creates from them a general state that we have inside. In this way, people who had predominantly negative emotions will have a low, depressed state, and people who had predominantly positive emotions will have a high state of happiness.

Our habits and patterns of relating to others are also incorporated into the subconscious mind. Certain addictions to substances or activities are also integrated. The subconscious mind also controls the body’s involuntary functions and developmental stages.

The subconscious also fuels creativity, intuition and spiritual connection. The more positive energy there is in the subconscious, the better everything will go.

For a healthy and happy life, it is recommended to meditate for at least 20 minutes every day. In this meditation, we want to cultivate all the positive emotions in our life. In this way, we want to give the universe as much love, gratitude, happiness and fulfilment as possible.

I wish you best of luck.
