GLOBAL PHYSICAL THERAPY

The body is our vehicle in this world. Through the body, our spirit can have the human experience on this planet. Depending on how healthy the body is, we will be able to enjoy our experience as humans more or less. Taking care of the body is a sacred practice. So far, we have learned how to heal our bodies from the inside through a clean and healthy diet, and now we will learn how to heal our bodies from the outside through physical stimulation.

The method I strongly recommend in this section for healing the body is Global Physical Therapy. It is designed to stimulate every part of the body except the sexual organs to release tension from the body. It has different types of body stimulation that target different parts of the body and have different effects.

The body consists of the skeletal system for support, the muscular system for movement, the organs for vital functions, and the coverings (membranes) for protection. The objective of the therapy is to bring all parts to optimal functioning by realigning the bones, releasing all the tension in the body and stimulating energy and blood flow for optimal health of the organs.

First of all, it is very important to realign (straighten) the skeletal system. Having a correct and straight posture is essential for the health of the body. Most people have a dislocated (crooked) skeletal system. Many suffer from scoliosis (C or S-shaped spine), kyphosis (dislocated spine in the neck area where the head bends forward) or lordosis (dislocated spine in the lumbar region) and are unable to walk straight. They are accompanied by dislocations of the joints of the hands and feet, which makes movement very difficult. All of these come from the dislocation of the base of the bone system, which are the coxal bones (hip bones). This dislocation is what gives people the effect of having one leg longer than the other, in addition to spinal curvature and joint dislocations. In this way, the blood is not able to circulate properly, the muscles and organs are not fully supplied with blood, creating a lot of tense and weak areas in the body and predisposing the organs to diseases and dysfunctions.

To realign the bone system, we have bone straightening exercises. They are made to put the bones back in the position where they should be. When the bones are put back together, there is a snapping sound, without feeling any pain, like when you snap your fingers.

Second, there are the muscles. We need relaxed, flexible and tension-free muscles to move properly and be able to enjoy different types of activities. Many suffer from various types of muscle pain, which make it very difficult for them to enjoy life. We enjoy ourselves through movement, being able to do different types of fun activities alone or with friends is essential to our happiness. Dancing is so much fun, especially when you have family and friends dancing with you. Dancing is a great way to lift your spirits, feeling so much positive energy in your body, mind and heart.

To relax the muscles, we use powerful massage techniques. Strong massage technique aims to release as much tension from the muscles as possible. This can make the experience unpleasant at first. Some points are more tense than others. You may feel pain, tingling, or pain and tingling at the same time. When an intense pain or tickling sensation is felt during the therapy, it is recommended to breathe continuously, deeply and fully, in order to be able to relax the tension felt. Holding your breath will make the sensation more intense.

Acupressure exercises are also used, pressing the main meridians (energy channels) of the body. Thus, the muscles are stimulated to relax by activating more energy through them, along with the pressure applied to the muscle.

Stretching exercises are also used to release tension from joints and muscles. Breathing is very important here as well. Breathing is very important in all global therapy. The more deeply and frequently one breathes while performing the therapy, the greater the discharge of negative energy (physical tension).

Two very effective techniques in this global physical therapy are the percussion technique and the shaking technique, which follow each section of the body.

Percussion means striking the body very quickly, holding a weak fist and striking with the karate of the fist, and/or striking with the karate while the fist is open, and/or striking with the palm and/or fingers. Depending on which part of the body is being worked on, the intensity of the blows is adjusted.

The shaking technique is something I learned from music and dance. While I was doing global musical physical therapy (when the therapy movement is guided by music in a rhythmic way, a kind of musical dance massage), I felt at one point start to shake the muscles of a certain area of the body (the part from behind). I have not seen the technique anywhere else and everyone who receives it is very surprised and happy with it. It is very efficient. It creates a flying effect for the cells. It is done by moving your hands very quickly, up-down or left-right, while touching the muscles with pressure. The 2 extremely energetic techniques stimulate the blood and energy flow in the body. They give a feeling of relief. Along with the other types of body stimulation, they release tension from the organs and sheaths.

The effects of a global physical therapy are high mood, feeling of lightness, more flexibility, more balance, straightened posture, warmed body, for some people feeling sleepy and for others high energy feeling.

The first time you experience it will be more intense, depending on how much tension you have built up in your body. Each time you do one, you release more and more tension. You will reach a point where there will be no more tension (pain and/or tickling) and you will only feel pleasure, pressure and warmth. This has a huge healing effect in the body. It’s like taking your car to the mechanic for a service. We need to fix ourselves, not just our cars. I see more people more involved in taking care of their cars than their own bodies. The body is the vehicle for the spirit, so why not cherish and take good care of our sacred bodies.

After doing a certain number of global physical therapies, you will feel like you have a new body. Having a super healthy diet and a stress-free body makes you evolve into your higher self. In this way, you will increase in energy and be able to do some unusual things.

I recommend everyone to learn global physical therapy or any other type of massage or body work, which releases tension from the body and straightens the bone system. You will be able to offer many happy moments of healing and relaxation to family and friends. The look of light and satisfaction on their faces is priceless. It really makes you feel proud of yourself because you can give them such a nice energy that will last over time.
