I am Alex RaAnkh and I have created the first modern egyptian temple in Bristol, UK. The Matrix Temple promotes spiritual teachings from the Ancient Egyptian Spiritual Practices of the Sun Gods. All the egyptian practices of this Temple come from the Ancient Egyptian Spiritual School “The Ankh of Ra”. This spiritual school uses the Power of the Ankh and the Solar Power of Ra to develop humans into thier Solar Human Selves.
Like in any temple, the main spiritual practice is that of Channelling. This channeling practice is used to connect with Master Spirits that are able to inspire you, guide you and uplift you into Your Higher Self. Each Master Spirit has certain specific qualities and characteristics that are dormant or weak in humans. By creating a relantionship with Master Spirits, you are able to get blessings and inspiring infusions from them. This divine connection will help you develop yourself into your Ultimate True Essence. All practices from this Temple have one ore more Master Spirits that inspire guidance and upliftment. I believe that anyone who comes to the Matrix Temple has a great opportunity to connect with one or more Master Spirits.
The Matrix Temple is home to many hindu, buddhist and egyptian Master Spirits. There are 2 main Master Spirits of this Temple. The first pillar is The Goddess Green Tara. She is the Earth Goddess and is present within yourself in the lower chakras culminating in the heart chakra. Tara represents Love, Nature, Kundalini and Grounding. The second pillar is the Goddess Isis. She is the Sun Goddess and is present within yourself in the higher chakras culminating in the solar chakra. Isis represents Healing, Magic and Solar Light. When both Goddesses merge and balance eachother out, they form the Goddess Ma’at. She is the Goddess of Truth, Balance and Harmony. She is the Harmonic Fusion of the Earth and Sun energies that flow within you as One.
The Main Teaching of this School is “The Ankh of Ra” practice. The Ankh of Ra practice is divided into 5 practices. The most easiest and the second most powerful practice is the Bio-Ankh Practice. This practice is for anyone anywhere that requires no training or experience. The next practice is the Holographic Ankh Practice. This is a egyptian yoga practice that uses breathwork, meditation and movement which are incorporated into the Ankh 3D Holographic Symbol. The first set of 2 practices are using the Ankh and the second set of practices are using the solar potential of RA. RA means SUN – Solar Light – a Holographic 3D Golden Spheric Orb of Sun Light. The first RA practice is the Holographic RA where you have a similar yogic practice where you use brearthwork, meditation and movement to activate your Solar (RA) chakra. This would be your 8th chakra that is located above your head. The second Ra practice is the Sexual Ra practice. In this practice you ascend your sexual kundalini energy into your Solar Center. The sexual energy is the best fuel for the awakening of your Solar Center. The last and most powerful practice of this school is “The Ankh of Ra” practice. The first 4 practices are required to be able to practice this last one as it represents the unified togetherness of all. Here you use your Ankh Power to charge your Solar Center. The Ankh is the most depicted symbol in Ancient Egyptian Temples and The Ankh of Ra is the most depicted practice in Ancient Egyptian Temples. The Ankh of Ra is the Key to Solar Life. Anyone who adopts this practice as a lifestyle will become a Solar Life Being.
The Matrix Temple is also home to an Egyptian Dance now called EDM Yoga Dance. EDM stands for Electronic Dance Music and represents the basy jumpy happy and uplifting electronic music in different styles of sound. The main EDM styles of this dance are Uk Hardcore, Psytrance, Techno and Organic Downtempo. This style of dance uses the base as the main power source of the movement. The Yoga part of the Dance are the Dancing Master Spirits that inspire the movement. Goddess Tara inspires the lower movement, Goddess Isis inspires the higher movement, Goddess Ma’at is the Union of lower and higher movement, and Goddess Hathor inspires the Fluidity between all 3 movements: lower movement, higher movement and unified movement. EDM Yoga Dance is a musical yoga and spiritual practice where, with the help of the Dancing Goddesses, you can ascend the kundalini energy from the Earth Center into the Solar Center. In the Solar Center, the Kundalini Serpent energy is transformed into Flying Vulture energy. This flying energy will descend into the Earth Center and where it will be converted back into kundalini serpent energy. EDM Yoga Dance is a musical movement practice that circulates energy from the lower centers to the higher centers and backwards having Dancing Master Spirits as guides and sources of inspiration.
Egyptian Spirituality is driven by Sexual Drive and Sexual Power. A personal practice of cultivating your sexual energy for personal and spiritual development is the best way to awaken your dormant solar self. In our current society, the sexual energy is mostly used for pleasure and rarely for procreating. In Ancient Egypt, the sexual energy was used for healing, manifesting, developing, praying and channeling. Your sexual energy is your Super Power and you can do wonders with it once you learn how to use it. The Matrix Temple has the purpose to promote healthy sexual personal practices for personal and spiritual development. Sexual energy is the Jet Fuel of Life.
Meditation is highly used in Egyptian and in any other true spiritual practices. Meditation is Focusing on One Thing Over and Over and Over again. By keeping your steady attention to an idea, being or feelling, you are able to grow that inspiring potential within yourself by infusing yourself with positive and divine consciousness. Having a daily Meditation practice of some kind will keep you ascending more and more within yourself and it will cement guiding and inspiring connections. The Matrix Temple offers the possibility to bring within yourself more Love, Happiness and Gratitude, to awaken your Kundalini Serpent energy and to transform it into Flying Vulture energy by activating your Solar RA Center. It aslo provides a Meditation Practice to feel from within more Smilling and Laughing. Being a Temple, it is dedicated to Divine Master Spirits and it provides Meditation and Mantra practices to connect with your desired Master Spirits.
The Matrix Temple also offers PNF-Hatha Yoga Classes and Cat Yoga classes for training the body to be strong, agile and light. PNF-Hatha Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga where you contract the muscles that are being stretched. In the normal Hatha Practice you just stretch your muscles and in the PNF-Hatha Practice you go a little further and once you are in the asana stretch, you will contract the muscles that are being stretched, creating a unification of 2 polar opposites, the stretch and the contraction. This will enhance your usual practice, less disconfort will be present in the practice and it will produce quicker and better results. Cat Yoga is an agility class guided by the Cat Goddess Bastet. In this class you will imitate cat postures and cat movements. The goal of the practice is to be able to move so agile like a cat does.
The Matrix Temple is also offering therapeutical techniques for people who could use some assistance with their health and wellbeing. For manual body work there is the Global Physical Therapy that is designed to realign the bone system, to relax the muscles, to stimulate the blood flow and to circulate the energy all through the body. For mental and emotional work there is Matrix Reimprinting with EFT. This technique works to clear past traumas and negative beliefs that hinder self discovery and growth. By finding and letting go of your inner traumatic baggage, you are able to connect more with your True Self and with Your Solar Light.
The Matrix Temple is also offering Consultation in Diet, Sexuality and Spirituality. Anyone who aspires to being Healthy and Happy and to finding their Spiritual Purpose on Earth, has to dedicate themselves to cleaning up their Diet, to mastering their Sexuality and to embracing their full Spirituality.
