In the Matrix Temple, the most important practice for spiritual development is The Ankh of Ra practice. The seeker will get to hear about this practice which is subdvided in 5 different subpractices, and he can choose if he wants to explore them or not. Besides the Ankh of Ra practice, the seeker will be informed of different meditations that can be useful for his or her spiritual development and other yogic practices that could expand his or her spiritual consciounsness. The seeker will aslo be informed of the Diet needed for optimum spiritual development.
