TYPES OF DIET

After detoxifying your body and achieving a healthy and clean state, it’s time to keep yourself healthy and clean your precious body. This will depend on the foods you are going to eat after detox and very importantly, how you are going to eat them. Here I will present the different forms of diets that I have learned about, so that you will have different options in choosing how you eat from now on.

A very important aspect of solid food consumption is the chewing aspect. It is very important to chew your food properly. It is recommended to take small bites and chew them until they reach a fluid paste consistency and then swallow them. This way, the digestive system works much less to process food and extract more nutrients faster. That way, you don’t fill your stomach fast. When food is not chewed properly and enters the stomach in large chunks, the stomach has to work very hard to break down the food so that it can extract all the nutrients. This gives you a tired feeling after a meal and makes you have a big stomach. When you chew them well in your mouth, you can benefit from a low energy loss for digestion and have a small stomach. Also, this way, you could eat a larger portion of food. This is because the food will come in condensed and take up every bit of space in the stomach. As you swallow pieces of food, you will have gaps (empty spaces) between the pieces in your stomach. I used to eat very fast and in big chunks, in my 30s I finally learned how to eat properly my delicious food. You will feel what a big difference this makes in the body. Be patient while eating, take small bites and chew them until they are liquid. Also, in this way, you enjoy more the taste of the delicious food you eat. So, enjoy the new style of eating.

Types of Diets:

1) Ketogenic Diet. This diet is mostly fat (70-80%), moderate protein (15-20%) and low carbohydrate (5-10%).

2) The Pescatarian Diet. This diet consists of plants, eggs, nuts, seeds, coconut and almond milk, and fish (as the only meat source).

3) Vegetarian Diet. This has no meat at all, but has animal products, such as egg and cheese.

4) Vegan Diet. This has only plants: vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts, seeds and herbs. It has nothing of animal origin.

5) Raw Vegan Diet. The plants are only eaten raw, they are not cooked in any way.

6) Fruitarian Diet. Only ripe and mature natural fruits are consumed. I do not recommend this diet, because it is a sugar-based diet, but there are people who have benefited from this type of diet.

7) Liquidarian Diet. This type of diet involves having only liquid foods. That means juices, smoothies and creamy soups. In this way, you become close to the juicer and blender in the kitchen. In this way, the feeding time is accelerated. Now you don’t have to chew your food until it becomes liquid. Now, you put the liquid directly into your mouth. This will make you feel lighter in your body. You’ll have a smaller stomach, more energy and more free time throughout the day. Eating time is greatly reduced when food is in liquid form. This also means no more washing dishes when drinking from a glass. This type of diet prepares you for enlightenment and ascension.

8) The Waterian Diet. This is for the period when you reach a master level of body and mind. Then you just live on water. This is not an easy transition to make. It takes time, dedication, and spiritual practices. But if you really dedicate yourself fully, with the help of your body / your mind / your heart / your spirit, you will be able to achieve this transformation.

9) The Breatharian Diet. This is the highest and most fulfilling diet. It consists only of air and prana (spiritual life force – universal energy). Reaching this level opens the doors to divinity. It is a way to activate the divine abilities latent in our human DNA such as flight, teleportation, telekinesis, bi-location and more. What better way to achieve enlightenment than by having a Spiritual Light diet?

I have tried all these diets. I had the most success with the vegetarian diet, the pescatarian diet, the ketogenic diet. I also tried the Liquidarian diet for a while and had small periods of time where I stayed only on water (water fasting) or stayed without anything (dry fasting). I have known people who have achieved the transformation of the body to no longer depend on solid food and can live on liquids or only on prana. They are called Breatharians. I had an attempt to get this stage but failed. I hope in the future to try again and manage to free myself from the dependency to eat in order to live. As others have been able to achieve such a thing, I’m sure I can too, and you can too, if that appeals to you.

Before you can stop eating at all, you must first stop eating toxins.

Good Luck!
